I have been/am/will be trying to stick with/develop/establish this new routine for a while/a few weeks/about a month now, and I must say/tell you/honestly admit it's beenreally changed my life/not what I expected. I used to/am accustomed to/always waking up at a crazy hour/such a late time/early in the morning, but now I try to wake up/get up/rise and shine around 7 am/8 am/6:30 am.
- My mornings/A typical day for me/I start my day with a quick workout/yoga/meditation.
- Next/After that/Then I make a healthy breakfast/I grab a coffee and go/I head straight to work .
It's {amazing how much of a difference/definitely makes a difference/really helps me this has made/had in my life. I feel more energized/less stressed/happier. Maybe I’ll even share more about it with you/You can follow along with my progress/I'll keep you posted on how it goes/
